 Welcome to the Team Recorder webshop! I've answered your most frequently asked questions - if you need help with anything else on the webshop please drop me an email info@sarahjeffery.com



You can make payments with all major credit cards, PayPal, or iDeal. If you are encountering payment problems just drop me a line at the address below and we can find a solution.



Shipping is currently available to everywhere in the world, except Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.

Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address. No responsibility can be accepted for lost items due to an incorrect/incomplete address.


CDs / books

These items are packaged in Amsterdam and sent via Dutch post (PostNL). Orders are shipped out every Monday.

You can choose whether or not to include Track&Trace at checkout. If you choose to ship without Track&Trace, you will not be able to follow your shipment. 99% of the time shipments arrive without a problem, but if you fear yours has been lost, don't hesitate to contact me.

Delivery time within the Netherlands is around 2 days, elsewhere in the world please allow up to 2 weeks from date of shipping. 



These are printed, packaged, and shipped by Printful, an external distributor. After order, I do not have control over how they print/ship items. If you would like to enquire about the status of your order, please send me an email and I am happy to contact Printful and follow it up.

Products are printed on demand - please allow 2-7 days for the product to be created, then a further 5-10 days for shipping.

Please note that this is an estimation only, and that shipping may take longer during holiday traffic.



For best results, please download your files to a laptop/computer, rather than to a tablet or phone. 

If you are having problems accessing your download files, drop me an email and I can re-issue your purchase at no cost.

Downloaded products may not be shared or copied.



If an item arrives damaged in the post, please contact me and send a photo of the damaged item. Then I can help arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

CDs and books

You may return undamaged CDs after consulting via email. You will have to pay the shipping costs.

Signed items (CDs and My Favourite Melodies books) are personalised, and therefore cannot be returned.


These are sent out by an external company, Printful. I do not have control over their shipments. For clothes/accessories lost in transit, a claim can be submitted to Printful within 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. After this, they do not accept claims.

Returns or problems that occur because of an error at Printful will be handled at no cost to you.

Non-faulty items (for example, if you change your mind) are not refundable, as they are printed to order and are personalised items.

You can now choose to add a small donation at checkout. These donations go towards 'pay what you can' scholarship places on the Team Recorder online courses, helping to keep music education accessible for those on a low income. Thank you do everyone who has contributed so far, it is very much appreciated!
